Processing & Shipping
All orders are handmade and shipped from San Diego, California. Processing time is typically 2 – 4 business days, depending on batch production. We ship via USPS or UPS using Pirate Ship to provide the most reliable service and best available rates. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please note: during warmer months, body butters may soften in transit.

Delivery & Local Pickup
Local delivery is available within select San Diego ZIP codes (92113 + 92114) for a flat $5 delivery fee. Orders over $50 qualify for free delivery within these areas. You may also arrange a free local pickup by selecting Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup details will be sent once your order is ready.

Free Shipping on Orders $50 +
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout. Because self-care should always feel effortless. ✨

Returns & Exchanges
Every Sincerely H.E.R. product is handcrafted with love and care. Because our body butters and wellness items are made from natural ingredients and designed for personal use, all sales are final to ensure purity and safety. If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond use, or there’s a shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 sincerelyherbodycare@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll gladly review your request and, within reason, offer a replacement or store credit. Our goal is always to ensure you receive your order in its best condition. 🤍
