Our body butters are made with 100% natural ingredients — no preservatives or synthetic stabilizers — so they’re sensitive to heat. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
If your butter melts, don’t worry — it’s still perfectly good! Place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, then re-whip gently with a clean spoon or small whisk to restore its fluffy texture.

Each jar is handcrafted in small batches with pure butters, oils, and herbs — not mass-produced fillers or synthetic fragrances. Natural variations in color, texture, or scent are signs of authenticity and intention.
Your body butter is alive with nature’s rhythm — no two jars will ever be exactly alike, and that’s what makes each one special.

Warm weather can sometimes soften or melt our whipped butters. If that happens, simply refrigerate your jar until it firms up again. The texture may change slightly, but the healing properties remain the same.
We recommend storing your butter away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond use, or there’s a shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sincerelyherbodycare@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We’ll gladly review your request and, within reason, offer a replacement or store credit. Our goal is always to ensure you receive your order in its best condition.

All orders are handmade and shipped from San Diego, California.
Processing time is typically 2-4 business days, depending on batch production.We ship via USPS or UPS using Pirate Ship to provide the most reliable service and best available rates. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
Please note: during warmer months, body butters may soften in transit. Refrigerate before opening if needed, then re-whip lightly to restore texture.
